Businiess name:  Rancho Las Lomas
Review by:  Catherine R.
Review content:
My review is based on my personal experience of Rancho Las Lomas. I am the mother of the groom, and Rancho Las Lomas, did everything they could to ruin, the couple's wedding. The wedding co-ordinator Kara, said, she contacted the owners, for re-imbursement, but I seriously question that. The negative things that happened were as follows: Proper information on the do's and don'ts weren't given to the bride's co-ordinator before the wedding, and on the day of the wedding, Rancho las Loma's staff, did everything she could to ruin, the wedding. On Rancho Las Lomas's site, they show uncovered candles at the ceremony site, but confiscated $ 400.00 in candles, from the bride and groom's co-ordinator on the day of the wedding, thus taking away from the bride's vision of what she wanted. Rancho Las Lomas, continues to promote false advertising on their site, with this picture. Another issue that came up was when Rancho Las Lomas, told the bride and groom that they had the venue for the whole day, which they DID NOT. Rancho Las Lomas staff allowed lots of people to view the property, all the way up until 2p.m., and the wedding was at 4:30 p.m. People were touching the brides flowers, in the ceremony area, and a group of people barged into the bridal salon, when I was half naked. Another issue, was that Rancho Las Lomas, only provides one Caterer, who admitted to messing up, with the food. The caterer, re-imbursed the bride and groom, with some compensation, and readily admitted their mistakes, but Rancho Las Loma's has NOT! I am hoping that the Ceo, Brett, and owner of the venue, does the right thing, and contacts me, to try and make this right for the bride and groom. Nothing can bring back the wedding. Its done and over, and we all would have much rather had a wonderful day, without all these issues, then to deal with this.
