Review content:
I was satisfied with the professionalism, and quality of the work they did, but I truly believe that their prices are way overpriced. They put surge protectors on our house and later came for an included service check. We needed to replace 7 smoke detectors in the house. We are older and didn't know anything about hardwired smoke detectors. The technician made it sound like we were getting some commercial grade top notch smoke detectors and that is why they were $175 each. We bought them, but after they were installed and I saw they were First Alert and had the model number of them, I looked them up on the First Alert website. We could have bought their most expensive one for about $49 each. I can't help but think that we were ripped off and can't imagine that we will call them again or recommend them to our neighbor who wants to replace theirs.
