Review content:
We had a Lifetime Pool installed in 2012.\r
It took over SEVEN MONTHS from signing to completion.\r
The plaster had to be fixed three times, and is still not perfect.\r
They also goofed on the plumbing, and never did clean up all their mess.\r
At first, things went very well. But as soon as something went wrong,\r
they basically forgot about us. From then on I had to continually pester\r
them and even threaten legal action.\r
It appears that if you get off their standard planning sequence,\r
you are on your own or very low priority.\r
Other than the plaster and inexcusable delay though, it is a very nice pool.\r
So I am not at all surprised there are some good reviews. \r
Basically you roll the dice with them.\r
Key advice: If you do go with Lifetime Pools, make sure to have the contract\r
state that final payment is when job is fully completed, not on plaster.
