My husband and I discovered our basement flooded with backed up clear water sewage on a Sunday night and basically went into panic attack mode. We both work 9-5 and freelance, we're juggling a toddler - this was a headache we were terrified to take on. Fortunately, Rapid Restoration was in the next day to help clean, assess, and document everything, and made the whole restoration and reconstruction process SO stress free. Our crew was courteous, professional, communicative, and quick. The work was impeccable, and they were SO flexible to our schedule (we tend to have to leave very early in the morning, and they were happy to get there before 8AM on a couple of occasions!). Thanks for the great job, RR - You saved the day.
