Review content:
I had them install 2 doors in a custom house. One of their installers fell through the wall and no one told us. When confronted about it the company did admit it was them. They agreed to reimburse me for the repair. However, when they were given the bill they denied ever authorizing any such reimbursement and that they knew nothing about the hole. When I asked them to just talk to their installer who did it, I was informed that he no longer worked there and they reused to call him.\r
When they did finally admit, again, that they did make the whole they informed me that they were not going to pay the bill. Of course I was very disappointed and tried to plead my case when I was rudely hung up on by their customer service agent Henry.\r
I am a builder and deal with many suppliers and sub-contractors and I would tell anyone looking for a garage door to look somewhere else. There are way too many quality companies out there to have to deal with this kind of poor and unwarranted service
