I am a neighbor of someone using Porfilio Landscaping to put in some shrubs near the adjoining property lines. I saw the men working very close to a surveyor's pin that marks the property lines with a bobcat and went out to make sure the pin did not get distrubed and to make sure they knew that the line between the properties didn't run parallel with the street, but on an angle. When I went to inquire what was going on and to explain the angle of the lines, I was spoken to in a fairly "aggressive" manner. When I said I only wanted to make sure they knew where the lines ran, I was insulted personally by one of the young workers about the clothing I was wearing and told I should go back into my house. When I pointed out they HAD done some landscaping on my side of on of the pins, I was told I should say thank you! \r \r Based on this crude, uncivil, and unprofessional behavior by the laborers at my neighbors house this morning, I will be sure to let anyone who wants to know if I have any e
