Review content:
I was authorized a full size car by my insurance company. Enterprise did not have any full size cars available so they upgraded me to a Ram 1500. No running boards. No steps. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall, 76 years old. It is near impossible to get into a truck this size without assistance and near impossible to exit the thing once inside. Enterprise must look at the client and make a judgement call as to what type vehicle he or she can safely drive. Next time, I will insist on something smaller and if they can't deliver, there are other rental services available.
