The apartments look fairly nice on the outside, and the manager seems very nice and helpful. The truth is much more sinister. We were plagued by drug dealers, police raids, neighborhood bullies, registered child molesters, and black mold coming through the drywall. We were massively flooded by faulty plumbing and broken rain gutters on multiple occasions. It took them almost 2 weeks to finish the repairs, when bathroom waste water from the upstairs apartment, flooded into our home. We were never compensated for any of the property that was destroyed. I was told that my normally healthy family's constant illness was caused by mold inside the walls, and under the carpet. It's called Toxic Environment Syndrome. Although we were month to month tenants, we gave notice that we were moving as a courtesy. We left the apartment clean, and in very good repair(I have pictures) The management had the audacity to take our $500 security deposit, and bill us for rent for over a month after we moved out.
