After serving in the military for 20 years, it was a very different experience having someone with the ability to thouroughly examine your mouth. What she found was three cracked teeth and four cavities. I was devestated. I also didn't think I had the proper insurance so I was even more upset. She and the other dentist Vlad told me to double check. They were almost positive that I had insurance. And they were right! That suggestion and reassurance saved me almost 50 percent! When I came in for the procedures, it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I got into the chair and right away they offered me a blanket. They even played soft music videos on a screen above me so I had something to do while they worked. I am deathly afraid of needles, but did not feel even a tiny pinch! She was amazing. The second experience was exactly the same. Two crowns and no pain! I go back in a few days for the third procedure and there will be one more after that. And I'm actually looking forward to it. The staff is so great! And the bathroom in the office is one of the prettiest restrooms I've ever seen. Do not hesisitate to go to Dr. Baczara!
