Review content:
Do not use this company. We spent $1600 for 3 custom safety gates for our stair cases. For that cost, we expected a high quality product. We got quite the opposite. They built the gates out of scrap wood with seams patching them together in multiple places. Once stained the different woods all stained a different color instead of being consistent. They had to return to our house 3 different times because the gates were not level and did not latch properly. The problem was still not resolved after these visits and my husband just took it on himself to fix the problem himself. They charge a premium price for a cheaply made product with poor installation. \r
PS. I have never taken the time to write a poor review of a company ever before in my life. That is how unsatisfied I am with this company.
