Review content:
Fast Water Heaters' phone representative was courteous and told me they could get someone here same day. Though they left me a large window, (between 11 and 5) they told me they would call at least 30 mins prior, longer if I needed. True to their words, Rex called about 40 mins prior to his arrival. When Rex arrived, he was amazingly helpful, polite, confident and professional. He immediately reassured me he could fix the problem, explained what the problem was and what he would be doing, then made the repair in about an hour. Would highly recommend him and Fast Water Heaters to anyone who has the misfortune of waking up to a cold shower.
