This business gets no stars.
1) Mario Nero never returns phone calls.
2) His subcontracted plow driver:
a) ...did a horrible job on our backyard and we cannot get into one of our garages. b) ...actually told my husband that he could not clear our driveway the other day because the weather was too poor...he lives less than 5 minutes away from us and drives a truck with a plow attachment!
3) Never keeps his promises. Today was a great day to work on clearing our backyard and no one ever came as he promised during the one cowardly voice mail message.
There is nothing prestigious about him or his "business." This is a complete breach of our contract...and he has been paid in full. If my husband dies or gets injured from having to clear Mario's mess, I will sue him with everything I have and that is a promise that will be kept! Please do not use him or his services. You will be severely disappointed.
