It was a pleasure to have Jason and Erik work to find the leak in my bathroom plumbing which was causing cracks in my dining room ceiling. They were professional, efficient, diligent, and pleasant. They made sure that I understood what they had done and what next steps I might consider. They arrived when they said they would, took great pains to protect my home from the debris that fell from the hole they had to cut in my ceiing to locate the problem, and cleaned up after themselves.
It's rare to find service techs that are as prompt, thorough, and professional as Jason and Erik. I feel very confident the work has been done properly and I felt comfortable having them in my home.
This is not my first experience with Uptown, and it is the great service and employees such as Jason and Erik that allow me to recommend the company without reservation.
