Review content:
We joined Cascade for two reasons, location to our home and the small business feel. When we moved we wanted to utilize their other clubs as they were much closer to our new home. Well, since we joined at the 205 location we could only use the little Gresham club, which has no pool, and if we wanted to use the other we had to pay an upgrade fee plus and extra $30 per month. They say it is a much nicer club, I suppose it is, if you want to use a dance studio...All we wanted was to have access to the same amenities that we were offered at the 205 club...we called about our concerns and had no luck coming up with a solution, really they didn't seem to care how we felt. Really, I wasn't really very disappointed, as the staff at the big gym in Gresham has a whole lot lacking. We canceled our membership and joined LA Fitness...They have all the amenities plus quite a few extras and we are paying almost $600 per year less with them than if we would have upgraded to Cascades "nicer" club.
