Review content:
I have been to Window Depot USA two times and had experiences that are on both sides of the spectrum. The first time I used them, they were wonderful. However, the second time I used them, things took a turn for the worse. They improperly measured the windows and the day they came to install them, a day I had to take off of work, they ended up being unable to put them in since the measurements were so inaccurate. This resulted in me having to take off yet another day of work so they could remeasure and install them. Nevertheless, I will not be using them again.
