I have no words to describe the gratitude and appreciation I have for Rebath Northeast! They updated two of our bathrooms and the work was amazing. They installed two new shower/tub conversions and two new toilets, only taking one day for each bathroom. The tubs they installed are amazing, as they benefit my husband and I and make it easier for us to bathe. The toilets are wonderful, as well. I can't even describe the amazing level of respect they have for their customers. Bob, the customer service rep, was super excellent, telling me exactly what was going to be done, how it was going to be done, and when it was going to be completed. The worker who came for the installation was fantastic! He had a ton of experience, knew what he was doing, and could accommodate our needs and requests even when they were last minute. Most importantly, is that they didn't only update our appliances, but changed everything from floor to ceiling. My husband loves that the pipes are now brand new and the plumbing is excellent. Overall, it was just such a simple and easy process. I took pictures of the bathroom and have showed them to everyone, telling them that they should use them. I am even considering them to do my kitchen after seeing the work they did on my friend's home; it's amazing the quality of everything that they do!
