Review content:
In December, I took my 2014 Subaru in for an issue. The service representative said they had replaced a part but that it might not resolve the issue. He mentioned that I would need to return and have them order parts. I set up this appointment on 1/20 for them to see which parts they would need to order. An hour and a half later the service representative told me that they had replaced the exact same part as last time and that I should see how it goes. I became upset and expressed that they've now replaced the same part after only 3,000 miles and that it was clearly a bigger issue. He said that he did not have the authority to order the parts and that the manager would have to approve it once the manager returns from vacation. After pushing back with the service associate, he went and looked to see what parts were needed. He said the issue was clear and that he would be ordering the parts. It makes me angry that I would need to return numerous times for a part issue on a brand new car.
