Dr Herd is great! My dog Kitty clearly had a problem with her ears as she kept scratching and whimpering. I took her to a local Vet who told me she had fleas and rushed us out. Two days later she was still scratching. Dr. Herd then encouraged me to bring her in, and did a thorough examination and found that she had an infection. She explained in detail how to treat it and Kitty was noticeably better in 24 hours. Thanks Dr. Herd!
