Review content:
We hired AmeriSpec Inspection Services to come and inspect the home we were buying and, overall, I was really happy with them. They caught things that we may have never noticed. The only thing that sort of irked me was that after we closed on the house and moved in, we noticed that dishwasher and refrigerator leak. I feel that these two things should have been picked up on by them. Other than that, the guy who helped us was really friendly and knowledgeable and the fees that were charged were really competitive. I would definitely recommend him (unfortunately, his name slips my mind) as he really knew what he was talking about--minus the fridge and dishwasher.
