On Monday, January 5th, my heat went out in my home. I contacted my warranty company about a service claim and was told another company would be calling to schedule an appointment. We were told someone would be out on Monday, January 12th...no one showed. I contacted the warranty company again and told another appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, January 14. Service tech showed and diagnosed the problem as a failed "inducer draft motor". and would take 3-5 days to get the part. I called the service company back the next week and was told they didnt order the part because they didnt get authorization. I call the warranty company and they told me to get someone else to service the unit. On Friday, January 30th, I called Choate's, explained my situation and received same day service. Great customer service from Charlie (service tech), who explain the problem, how long it was going to take to repair and provided additional information about thier maintenance program. Oh, did I mention this was taken care of the same day? Four hours from the initial call my heat was restored and kudos to the front office! Thanks!!!
