On February 16th I called Roto-Rooter because I had a drain back up in my bathroom. I live in Florence, Ky and I called the office on 7970 Tanners Gate Lane which is also in Florence. My plumber, Chris 1727, was very knowledgeable and very friendly and easy to talk to. He was very up front with all that needed to be done and the possible cost of it. First real experience with a plumbing service in qquite a while, but I would recommend Roto-Rooter and if you could request a specific plumber I would recommend Chris 1727.
