Review content:
I contacted this company through my insurance to replace a cracked windsheid. It started off fine enough - they scheduled me for an appointment at my place of business within two days of my call. I left them my work and cell phone numbers to make sure they could contact me when they got here. I was given a 12-5 p.m. window. So I go out to check on it at 4 to see a note: ""no contact number, call to reschedule."" I call them back and they apologize and set me up for another appointment between 8-12 the following monday (now through no fault of my own I am stuck with a cracked windshield all weekend). I get to work an hour early to make sure I catch them. The technician shows up at 9:30 and starts work. Finishes up at 11. I sign off and am relieved that the experience is over. Until I get on I-91 in Hartford and realize the tech left my hood open, prompting me to pull off during rush hour to close it. This led me to discover that they neglected to replace the top molding on my windshield. So I call, understandably irritated, to shcedule a THIRD appointment, which they can not accomodate until the next day between the hours of 12-5. ""Customer Service"" with this place is an absolute joke. I will never give this place my business again and will strongly encourage everyone I know to avoid this business like the plague.
Pros: my car didn't explode
Cons: everything else
