Do not recommend this company. Unskilled workers sent to do skilled work-damaged decks and driveway just pressure washing. Cancelled our contract after 4 days and Advantage held out $3500 from our deposit of $4400 which is 50% and ILLEGAL in Davidson County TN. Only 30% deposit allowed on home improvement services between $3300-25,000.\r
James lied to me about the skill level of his employees. Two Employees only worked for 2-4 hours each day and could not complete one single contracted job in 4 days. In the process of reporting to TN contractors licensing board and TN attorney general's office for home improvement scam. Christina C. 12/11/14
