My experience is always great ..but I recently experience something with my black sweaters long hair (brown and blonde)being found in the garment after being cleaned..I don't know if this occurs in the cleaning process or after. I think hair nets needs to be introduced to the workers when preparing the garments too go back out too the customers. Thank you..ps..Mary is awesome.
