Review content:
We brought our Ford F150 Lariat truck in for a warranty repair with a $100.00 deductible. We were told the repair would take 4 hours and there were no loaner vehicles available but we could rent a vehicle if we did not want to sit and wait on the vehicle. We rented a vehicle for $40.00. We live in Independence and left Thoroughbred Ford at 11:30. At 12:30 we were called and told that our truck was ready. We asked to get our money back on the rental and were told no it is to bad but some repair techs work faster than others. We were also charged $448 for the warranty repair in addition to the deductible. At this point I feel that I am being taken advantage of. Why have a deductible? Why am I charged? Why not make me happy and refund the rental. I drove an hour to bring my truck to you for the repair and this is the service we get. Bad on you!
