Outstanding! I continue to return to T@C due 3 key factors: 1. Great price point (love the VIP discount & periodic $5 awards). 2. No surprises on my cleaning. And 3. the best part is the friendly and competent staff. My main interaction is with Jane who is is a joy to interact with!! She is always engaging, considerate, helpful and sometimes.................even funny!!!! Always a bright spot in my day. I like how the staff decorates the room (hey way to go on the winning Christmas decoration contest) and sings to the customers!!! Ok, I'm kidding about the singing. The only thing missing is the hanging of a Michigan State Spartan banner!!
