We have two dogs, one male sheltie and a female muttly, both about 7-8 yrs. old. About once a month we go outta town and need to board the dogs. Cricket Ridge is a very nice, clean, well taken care of facility and very nicely located for the Rancho San Diego/South El Cajon area. The fees are very reasonable and the grooming service fantastic. When we are gone for an extensive time, we also take our pet rat. I have also seen some birds, rabbits and other critters in their care. I highly recommend Cricket Ridge Kennels.
PROS: Location, pricing and good service
CONS: Make sure to make advance reservations for holidays, etc.
