Dr. Wagenknecht was SO nice to us. I just moved to the city and needed a vet that would make a house call to euthanize my sick old, sick dog. He was very sweet and quick, and he explained everything to me before he did it. We talked on the phone several times before he came over and he fit me into his busy, all day schedule of doing $10 (i.e. donating his time!!!!) spayings and neuterings. He is very active with helping the TNR community around here, apparently, and for that, I think he's an angel. His staff was also very nice on the phone. I love these people and if I get another dog, I'm coming to them.
