Review content:
I had a windshield replacement done my Carlisle Pike Cindy Rowe store.. they did a good job on the replacement, quick and thorough.. however, the rear view mirror's internal compass display didn't work after that.\r
The fellow at the shop was excellent and promised they'd get it fixed, whatever it took.\r
I followed their instructions on getting my car to a Subaru dealer to have repairs arranged. I did so and the mirror needed replaced. Guess what, after multiple calls to Safelite/Cindy Rowe the repairs were denied.\r
I am now left with a damaged mirror and a very cold reply from the Safelite customer claims specialist.\r
I will NEVER trust a Safelite company to do my windshield work again. They are not willing to cover damages done to my car since it was more than just a reset button being pushed.\r
Buyer, Beware!!!!!!
