Review content:
We had a major problem with our sink disposer. It was jammed and we tried to fix it ourselves. The unit broke, fell out of the sink and the connecting pipes also. We were able to get an appointment that same day for someone to come out. We needed to buy another unit (we wanted a larger one) so the service man connected our pipes so we could use one side of the sink. We were able to get a next morning appointment to have the disposer installed. He was very knowledgable, efficient and gave us information on care and how to unjamb if it happens again. We were very happy and satisfied.\r
