my previous 3 times for my dogs were ok. no complaints. Called on Tues to schedule appt for Wed - my day off. Scheduled one dog for 10am. Received message after I left work that the girl had been looking at the wrong date & Wed. was afternoon, scheduled me for 1:30. I called next day to reschedule because had to take uncle to dr @ 1:30. Rescheduled for Fri @ 10 am. Explained start work at 3, would that be enough time. Yes, person replied, would take 2 - 2 1/2 hours tops. Arrived at 9:40 with my dog. Person took her downstairs & said would call me 15 min prior to completion. Again, I ask how long. 2 hours, 2.5 at most was reply. Hadn't heard from them by one, so called & left voice mail, message said busy & they would call back. Drove over at 1:30. Was informed dog was not ready, would be another 45 minutes minimum. This after I stood & waited at least 15 minutes for young girl to talk to truck driver as if I wasn't there.
