Review content:
I went in for an insurance quote and met with the owner. In the middle of our conversation, he received a call from a customer who he (obviously) knew. He put the customer on hold. I told him to go ahead and take the call. I figured that I'd be there a while anyways. He said, ""That's O.K. He'll wait."" I tried to tell him to go ahead and take the call, that I was in fact, in no hurry at all, and still, he wouldn't pick up the phone. I tried to get out of there ASAP and got my quote and went somewhere else. I thought, if he treats his current customers like that, well, I just didn't want to be a part of that particular crowd.
