Review content:
Brandon is dishonest! Sending a letter of intent to file a subpoena, then servings a subpoena three days later, without giving 10 days for me to object! His office was rude and told me I am able to still object. What's the point of objecting when you have already had access to 8 years of bank statements that were WAY beyond the scope. This is extremely unethical. As an attorney Brandon is given the right to file a subpoena he also is aware that by law, a person has ten days to respond or object. I had not even been served in this matter and my bank received a subpoena. The letter of intent to file the subpoena was dated January 15 and was postmarked january 17. My bank received the subpoena on the 20th and I was severed on the 22. This is disturbing that an attorney can get any information they request, in the name of the law, and not give the required 10 days to quash the subpoena. This is unethical. I will be filing a complaint with the bar. If Brandon has such blantant disregard for the law, he shouldn't be an attorney!
