Having read some of the reviews , and an employee at Noahs Ark for 17 years(most staff have been here at least 10 years) and have had a child of my own at the school with another one on his way. I* strongly disagree with the turnover rate. We are very proud of our stability at the Ark. As far as allergies, Susan the Director, has been nothing but very sensitive to each and every child and their unique situation. Noahs ark is a warm, and caring program. highly recommend
