It seems the owner/groomer cannot follow directions. I took my schnauzer in for his cut and wash. None of my instructions were followed. I do not give him a typical cut, but that's no excuse for the way he was returned to me. I was told when I went to get him that he was snapping at the groomer. Well, I guess so! The idiot cut off all his whiskers! I told him shave the CHEEKS and under the chin, but trim his moustache. Clearly the guy had no clue what those parts of his anatomy were. I also instructed that his body be shaved, with just a mohawk down his back 1"" wide. Well, besides the 3"" mowhak, he has all his hair on his legs and belly, which he constantly licks (OCD) and catches all the sitcky seeds he brings in. Nothing was really shaved except his whiskers. I even sent him back with a diagram of what to shave. Guess he is like most of the locals around here. He pretends to listen, then does what the heck he wants. I would not recommend these guys. Oh, did I mention how surly the guy was? Every time I spoke with him he was just borderline civil. Since he told me my dog was snapping at him and trying to bite him, I would not leave him boarded here. NO telling what goes on behind the fence... BTW, I own a B&B, and occassionally have need for grooming services since I take pets. They have lost a referral for sure!
