I've been taking my cars here for Oil Changes for a few years now because I work in the Branchburg area and it's very convenient for me. They typically begin work right away and I'm on my way in about an hour. They have also performed some other general maintenance on my vehicles. I always thought their prices were fair/typical, the staff is friendly and honest. As I said, I've been going here for years, so I know what I have paid for oil changes. It's always been $19.95, which I thought was a great price. They even ran a promotion posted on the highway sign a while back for a $14.95 oil change for a short time. However, when I recently brought two vehicles in for oil changes, I questioned why I was being charged $29.95. That was met with a shrug of the shoulders and the statement that the price has always been $29.95. That may be the case, but I have the paperwork that shows I've always paid $19.95. What really got me was when I arrived to work after my last oil change, I found a coupon from "All Tire & Service" in my email inbox for a $19.95 oil change. Subject was "A Limited Time Offer for Our Best Customers". So OK, I get it, I need to present coupons at the time of service. But if you truly consider me one of your best customers, don't make me feel like I'm crazy for suggesting I typically only pay $19.95 for an oil change. Guess I'll have to keep those postal mailings I receive. I've never had to before to get a good price. Regardless of this minor pet peeve, I do recommend them for general automotive service.
