Guy (2686) from Roto Rooter was very professional. Saturday night I discovered my water heater was not working (and it is January). I went on line to Roto Rooter and was able to set an appointment up for Sunday morning. The other plumbers I tried could not see me until Monday. If I would have waited until Monday I would have has to take the kids to the gym to shower them Andino would have missed work. Guy arrived by 10a, he put covers on his shoes and was very professional (a good representative for Roto Rooter). He looked at the water heater and we found mony things wrong( including the water pressure coming into the house). We agreed to a price and within 3 hours everything was fixed. Guy explained the different payment plans as well. Guy stayed to the end to make sure all the faucets worked as they should making adjustments as needed. Thank you Roto Rooter for you fast response and a professional technician.
