Businiess name:  Caldwell's, Hennessey, Goetsch & McGee Funeral Home

Review content:
Caldwell's was a nice funeral home a few years ago. I was recently at a funeral of a good family friend, and I was a bit surprised at the changes there. The services went well, but there was very little help when we needed things done. The funeral director girl seemed a bit occupied with personal matters, and rarely tended to our needs. She was always on her cell phone, and would disappear for long periods. Their prices are very high compared to a few years ago too.\r \r What happened to the nice people that once worked there? People who looked and dressed the part. People who wanted only the best for a once beautiful building that holds a lot of Portland's history. They need to bring back those people who gave decent attention to those who need it so much.\r \r I would watch out if you're thinking of going to take care of services at Caldwell's. Meet with the staff & view the building yourself. Make sure you are taken care of by a professional, and not someone who doesn't care.\r \r I hope they get their act together or they will be loosing a lot of business in the future. Pros: Unprofessional Staff, High cost Cons: Historic building, Ambience
