Review content:
The customer service personnel were great, and the appointment was scheduled in a reasonable time frame as I did not want to pay overtime for a leak that I could control in a bucket. The plumbers that fixed it were extremely professional and thorough. I had scheduled their annual package to look over all plumbing. Mason was the young man that came and repaired an outdoor water valve and researched why a toilet was requiring 2-3 flushes just to clear. We removed the toilet and did a camera scan of the sewer line to check for blockage but ended up the problem was replacing the home builder special toilet with a Toto toilet. What a difference. Mason was thorough, precise on installing and one that made sure all was perfect before leaving. My wife and I were so impressed with him we had our 3 remaining toilets in the house replaced with Toto's. I felt the charges were quite reasonable for the outstanding service provided
