My mother and her best friend went to Future ford of Sacramento to purchase a new vehicle, because they got a letter saying that they would buy the car they had back above market price. So when they got there they called me and my brother and we both drove Brian Arruda crazy with phone calls trying to make sure my mother got a good deal and didn’t get swindled by the dealership salesmen. Brian was so, so patient with all of us and made sure all of our questions were answered and got my mother a great deal on the trade-in and on the on the price of the new car. She was able to walk out with a brand new 2013 Ford Focus. Brian Arruda thank you very, very much for dealing with all of us and not once getting frustrated with any of us. You really went above and beyond what any salesman should have to in order to my mother into a new car.
