I won't tell you the story from the beginning, because I believe everyone went through an awful cleaning companies, which promises are big but actually do nothing, except taking your money. So after I had a bad experience with two companies, I decided to give last chance to the cleaners in Sandy Springs and called Jim. This was the best decision I've ever made. The customer service was amazing. They told me very useful information all over the phone. They shared the prices, not like others, who tell you the price after the cleaning and you have no choice, but pay. So, I liked the price and the products they are using and booked an appointment for the next day. The cleaners showed up on time. They were very friendly, hard working, courteous and the cleaning was well done. There were neither spots, nor dust left in the house. Everything sparkled and my house looked fresher and smelled fantastic. Now I use them on a biweekly basis and I am pleased by the results.
