Review content:
Mike, the owner, worked his butt off to track down my electrical problem in our 2003 Buick Rendezvous with 220,000 miles on it. He knew the limited value of the car and kept the cost down to a level well below what I expected to pay. Most impressive, however, was his level of determination to solve the problem, and while doing so, he made several other minor repairs that he didn't charge for (replacing corroded wiring and connections, rebuilding a faulty wiring harness, replacing a fuse, etc.). He also searched for and found a used anti-lock control module that saved me hundreds of dollars. The kicker is that I was convinced by another shop that I needed to replace the body control module and was quoted a huge price to complete the job; I brought it Mike to see if he could do it for less, and in a few minutes, his diagnostic scanner error codes suggested a problem with the ABS that was inconsistent with a failure of the BCM. He was correct, and he saved me LOTS of money in the end. This guy has skill and integrity -- a rare and valuable combination in this field.
