Review content:
This Allstate agency owner and staff are a joke to the insurance industry. Ms. Liljenberg believes she is held in high regard through out her community when in reality she is far from respected. She is never available when you attempt to reach her nor do her employees correct issues when addressing their errors initially on the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd attempt. I would never recommend her services. Consumers beware, compare coverages and get to know the agent!! My money and needs are not trusted to this agency, I've established a great relationship with another agent and company who value my business and listen to my needs & keep me informed of any policy changes that could benefit my family.
