Review content:
We kept waiting for some parts to be sent to us since 2013. It is the little things that goes up on the inside of the window pane so the windows will only go up so far and that when you lay them out to clean they hold the window. The man that was sent was suppose to sent them to us because he didn't have white ones with him. We never received them. He was suppose to send us 8 white ones. Our address is PO Box 735 Monteagle, Tn. 37356. Our name is Vaughn and Edwina Coppinger. We would really like for you all to ship these to us or send someone back to our house to repair our windows. Life time warranty was in the contract. This may not seem like a big thing but we do want the window to preform like they are suppose too. Thank you. Phone # 931-924-6587 home, 931-212-5475 cell.
