We moved here recently from out of state and were pleased to find an all in one veterinarian, groomer, and boarding place so close to our home. I made appointments for my dog and cat for their yearly check ups and was happy with everything but the price, which was much higher than I was used to. Nevertheless, I tried again and scheduled my dog for a bath/grooming. That was more reasonably priced and she smelled great, but the trim was barely noticeable. I gave it one more try when we went on vacation last week and dropped off my dog for boarding plus grooming. When I picked her up, the total cost was over $400 and they LOST her bag (printed with her name on the front) along with all the treats I had brought for her, AND her leash!! I did notice a sign in the lobby stating they were not responsible for any items left with pets, but really?? They didn't even offer to replace the leash with one they sell there!
