If you think they're rude in person, try talking to them on the phone. Obnoxious, dismissive, and completely unprofessional--even to a customer like me who in the last year has purchased more than $6000 in gold and silver. Well, no more. I can get the same items from several other competitors who not only want my business, but are friendly and cordial. These folks need some counseling in anger management--everyone is the enemy. Avoid them.
