Do Not Recommend! This Place is a Scam! After looking into several kennels, we decided to give Wagging Tails a try. We were told we were required to take a tour of the facility prior to boarding. During the tour the Owner talked down of every other kennel in the area and really did his best to make us believe he was doing so much more for the animals boarded here. We didn't see anything spectacular behind the scenes, nor anything that caused us alarm. The problem came when we came to pick up our two dogs after a day of boarding. We were told for two dogs sharing a run the cost to board was $55 per night. HOWEVER, the amount due was $89!!! We asked what the extra charge was for and were told we were being charged for a day and half. We didn't understand how that was possible. We dropped them off at approximately 11:50 the day before and were now picking them up at 11:35 the following day...less than 24 hours!
