Review content:
I've been going to SouthWest Dental for years now and the main reason for that is my hygentist, Sharon Johnson. She is such a good hygentist. She educates me about dental hygene plus I trust the advice she gives me, and she's really pleasant to top it all off. However, I have to be honest that I've considered leaving at times. Some of the practices are a little behind the times. For example, I would strongly prefer to have text reminders & to have my paperwork emailed to me in advance. There have been many times that I've showed up at the wrong time because I never got a reminder call, have been there for several hours because I had to fill out lots of paperwork prior to my appt or they scheduled me when the dentist wasn't in the office so I had to come back again. The back office has always been great, but the scheduling/reminder has been a little spotty at times. (by the way, it appears that most of the front office staff is relatively new, so these comments may not apply to these new people)
