I have had nothing but wonderful service and have been very satisfied with any purchases or repairs I have had with Precision Watch and Ringsmith. I just picked up a Christmas gift I purchased and am very impressed. They spent a lot of time with me helping me design this piece and did the engraving at a very good price. I'm so happy with the piece I purchased and it was not an expensive piece and they still spent a lot of time helping me. I just recommended them to a friend and will recommend them to everyone I know and I'm already planning on purchasing an anniversay gift with them in the next couple months! This is the Jeweler I will always use from now on!\r

12-30-2010 UPDATE - So I did indeed buy my boyfriend a beautiful watch at Precision Watch & Ringsmith and had it engraved last March, he absolutely loves it! I didn't know he was going to buy me a ring for Christmas and he went to a different jewler, pretty ring but they botched it up sizing it so I went straight to Pre
