I've always had a good experience taking all four of my kids to this practice. There are a lot of well seasoned, experienced physicians, and they always have practical advice and are friendly. Some might be more straight forward than others, but I appreciate them just cutting to the chase and telling me what I need to do for my kids. The staff is kind and the nurses are smooth as silk with shots, apparently. Lollipops fix a lot of stuff. From my experiences, everybody there has done a really good job at keeping their cool. It's got to be tough working in an atmosphere where kids are constantly screaming, pulling things off the wall, getting supplies out of drawers and swirling the exam stool around the room like it's a Nascar track! Ha! I have had one long wait before but we were work-ins and I think half of Sumner County had the same thing my kid had so I expected that. Every other time it's about a 10 minute wait, and I've been seeing these doctors for almost twelve years. Also, I always thought a crowded waiting room was a good thing! If you value experience, training and practical treatment then this is the place to take your kids!
